How to Pay a WBS Order with Crypto

How to Pay a WBS Order with Crypto

This guide explains how to send cryptocurrency from your own wallet or exchange account to the payment wallet address shown on your WBS order page.

The basic rule is simple: use the exact coin, exact network, exact amount, and exact wallet address displayed for your current order. Crypto transfers are usually final after they are submitted, so every detail should be checked before sending.

1. What the payment address means

A crypto wallet address is similar to a receiving account number on a blockchain network. When your WBS order shows a payment address, that address is the destination where you need to send the selected cryptocurrency.

In the WBS order system, the payment details shown on the checkout page belong to that specific order. A selected coin and its displayed payment address should be used only for that order. Do not use an address from a previous order to pay a new order, and do not use one order's address for another order.

If the order amount changes, the payment expires, or a remaining balance needs to be paid, the system may show a new amount or a new payment address. Always open the current order payment page and use the latest details shown there.

2. Coin, network, and address must match

Many coins can be sent on more than one blockchain network. For example, USDT may be available on TRC20, ERC20, or other networks. These networks are not the same.

Before sending, confirm these three items:

  • the coin you are sending, such as USDT, USDC, BTC, or another supported coin;
  • the network selected for that payment;
  • the wallet address shown for that exact coin and network.

If the coin or network does not match the payment address, the payment may be lost or delayed. The coin name alone is not enough; the network matters too.

3. How to send the payment

  1. Open your WBS order payment page.
  2. Check the coin, network, total amount to send, and wallet address.
  3. Open your wallet app or exchange account.
  4. Choose Send or Withdraw.
  5. Select the same coin and network shown on the WBS order page.
  6. Copy and paste the payment address, or scan the QR code if available.
  7. Enter the exact amount shown on the order page.
  8. Review the coin, network, address, amount, and network fee.
  9. Confirm the transfer only after all details match.

Do not manually type the wallet address if copying or scanning is available. After pasting an address, compare the first and last characters with the address shown on the WBS order page.

4. About network fees

Most crypto transfers require a network fee. This fee is charged by your wallet, exchange, or blockchain network. It is separate from the order amount.

Send the full amount shown on the WBS order page. Do not subtract the network fee from the payment amount. If the fee is deducted from the amount being sent, the order may receive less than required and may remain unpaid or partially paid.

5. After sending payment

After the transfer is submitted, your wallet or exchange will usually show a transaction hash, also called a TXID or transaction ID. This is the public reference number for the blockchain transfer.

Keep the transaction hash until the order is confirmed. If support asks for payment proof, provide the transaction hash and, if needed, a screenshot showing the coin, network, amount, receiving address, and transaction status.

Some crypto payments confirm quickly, while others may take longer depending on the network and wallet/exchange processing time. You can return to the order payment page to check the payment status.

6. Quick checklist before confirming

  • The order page is the current order you want to pay.
  • The coin is correct.
  • The network is correct.
  • The wallet address is copied from the current order page.
  • The amount matches the total amount to send.
  • The network fee is paid separately and not deducted from the order amount.
  • You can find the transaction hash after sending.

7. Common mistakes to avoid

  • Sending to an old wallet address from a previous order.
  • Using the right coin on the wrong network.
  • Sending less than the required amount because of network fees.
  • Sending payment before the current order page shows the final amount.
  • Sharing your wallet recovery phrase, private key, or exchange password with anyone.

WBS support does not need your recovery phrase, private key, or wallet login details. Only the transaction hash or payment screenshot may be needed for payment checking.
